Metro Laundry Service Attends TRSA’s 15th Annual Legislative Conference

CAPITOL HEIGHTS, MD, Feb. 19, 2025—Metro Laundry Service reinforced its commitment to service excellence and industry leadership through its participation in the Textile Rental Services Association (TRSA) 15th Annual Legislative Conference. The event took place from February 5–6, 2025, in Washington D.C.

Steven Young, COO, and Richard Burney, Business Development Director, attended on behalf of the company. Together, they engaged in important discussions with industry peers regarding current legislative and regulatory matters that could impact the commercial laundry industry.

An Evening in Capitol Hill

The conference concluded with a visit to the offices of several Maryland Congress members, including Congressman Andy Harris, U.S. Senator Angela Alsobrooks, U.S. Senator Chris Van Hollen, and Congressman Kweisi Mfume. This visit provided Metro Laundry Service with an opportunity to share industry insights and concerns with key policymakers.
